Most of our residential work falls into two types.

New flat, bare shell - You’ve got the property and the builder has given you plaster and basic wiring, and everything else is on you. We start with a measured drawing of the flat then mark the kitchen, wardrobes and false ceiling positions, finalize the electrical points against the furniture layout, and then execute in that order. Old house, renovation - Here our first job is to find out what’s actually wrong: seepage, old wiring, floors that aren’t in level. If you believe in vastu then we also provide vastu-friendly interior planning. The usual points are the kitchen in the south-east with the cooking platform facing east, the master bedroom in the south-west, the pooja space in the north-east, and heavy storage kept away from the north-east corner. Or if you have any other specific vastu preferences in interior design then you can tell us we'll design according to that.

How our project runs

Site visit and measurement (1 to 2 days). We visit, measure, check the condition of walls, plumbing and wiring, and understand what you want from the space.
Layout and quote (5 to 7 days). You get a measured layout, a materials list and an itemized quote. Nothing starts until you approve these things.
Civil and services (1 to 3 weeks depending on scope). Any demolition, masonry, plumbing and electrical rewiring happens first.
False ceiling, woodwork and tiling (3 to 5 weeks). Carpentry is done on site or in our workshop, then installed.
Painting, finishing and handover (1 to 2 weeks). Final coats, hardware fitting, inspection, and a walk-through with you before we hand over the keys.

A full 2BHK interior typically takes 8-12 weeks from approval. A single kitchen or wardrobe set takes 3-4 weeks.
